I take an integrative approach to psychotherapy using client-centered techniques and collaborative treatment planning to best fit each client's individual needs. I am largely influenced by humanistic, existential, and dialectical behavioral theories.

My previous experience includes providing individual and group therapy to individuals dealing with a variety of issues including trauma, depression, anxiety, abuse, personality disorders, and terminal illness. I also have experience conducting neuropsychological, personality, and forensic assessments, and have worked extensively with survivors of complex trauma.

I utilize Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and attachment work as therapeutic interventions. I am trained and certified in EMDR and have facilitated multiple DBT Skills groups for several years.

I provide adults with therapy and assessment services, as well as provide assessment services for children.

I have a private practice office in the Seattle neighborhood of Fremont, and currently accept Premera, Regence, BlueCross/BlueShield,  Aetna, Lifewise, Group Health/Kaiser, and Cigna.  I am also able to accept out of pocket payment. Sessions are $150 per hour.

*Please Note: I am not currently able to take individuals who require a high level of case management, who are currently suicidal or have attempted suicide in the last 60 days, and who require after hours support as I am not able to provide that as an individual practioner .
